THE HOLDER makes every effort to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. In the event that at any time an error of this type occurs, at all times beyond the control of THE HOLDER, it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in any of the prices displayed and a customer has made a purchase decision based on said error, THE HOLDER will notify the customer of said error and the customer will have the right to rescind their purchase at no cost on their part. In the case of images, and due to the constant change of both format and products, there may be discrepancies between the image shown and the actual product, a fact that will be modified as soon as possible.

The products offered on this website are aimed at final consumers under the terms and conditions provided for by the Retail Trade Law (Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade) and its subsequent amendments.

Interruption, suspension and cancellation 

THE HOLDER will make all reasonable efforts to guarantee the accessibility and availability of the website every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to alter, eliminate, interrupt, suspend and/or cancel access, services and/or the contents of the website without prior notice and at any time. 

All communications and notifications made will be considered effective for all purposes, when they are made via email to the email provided by the user in the contact form. The user is obliged to keep THE HOLDER informed of the changes that occur in the personal data and in the email address of the latter that THE HOLDER has to inform the user of the facts that he deems appropriate. Cancellations and returns. 

The buyer who wants to exercise his right to return must contact the Dept. Customer Service by email pTo make the return of any product that will be reimbursed at no cost to the buyer in subsequent purchases by the customer.

Regarding the return of purchased products: Standard UNE 1750001 (quality of service in commerce) The return of perishable products is not contemplated, since the traceability of the food would be broken and their safety would be put at risk. Home delivery service

The HOLDER offers a free delivery service to the towns of Elda and Petrer for purchases over €20 euros and a delivery service to the rest of the towns of Alicante with a minimum charge of €5 per order.  The collection service at our warehouse is free of charge for the customer and can be picked up within our business hours.

We manage both local and provincial distribution by combining our own vehicles and personnel as well as intermediary companies.  All orders received until 1:00 p.m. on the calendar day will be served the next day.  The customer can choose the day and the delivery will be made throughout the next day until 7:00 p.m. We ask that you include gourmet products in your shopping basket, give us 24 hours to make sure there are no problems with the inventory.

The customer will be able to select the delivery address both at home and at work where they want to receive their box.  If the customer is not present to pick up his merchandise, he will be notified of the delivery attempt and we will try to send it again the next day or we could leave his order at his home or neighbor following his instructions. 

The local customer (Elda and Petrer) can pick up their merchandise within our business hours published on this website in the contact section.

On Saturdays we only offer local collection from our warehouse.  Home deliveries will not be made.

Payment Methods.

Cash:  for warehouse pickup only for local customers.

In certain cases and to prevent possible fraud, THE HOLDER reserves the right to request a specific form of payment from a client in the event that the buyer's identity is not reliably proven. 

All information exchanged between the client and THE HOLDER, including payment, is made through a secure server (SSL) to guarantee security in all transactions. 


The prices and offers are valid for purchases made on our website. Prices are indicated in euros and are updated daily. The offer of products included in the web will be subject to their availability. If the product is out of stock, we will deactivate it as soon as possible from our website.  If you have already made your purchase and the product is out of stock, we promise to make a refund within 24 hours. Prices valid except typographical error. Prices can be per kg, units, 500g.  Please read carefully the description and format of each product. All our products have a mandatory food VAT charge of 4% in Spain.


Customer Obligations
