How can I make a purchase?

You can make your purchase completely online by selecting the products that interest you the most or send us your purchase by Whatsapp only for Elda and Petrer customers in this case. You choose!

How can I pay?

We want to make your life easier and we have selected various forms of payment for our customers: Google Pay, Bank Card, Apple Pay or cash on pickup at our warehouse for Elda and Petrer customers who wish to place their orders by WhatsApp. 

How is the delivery service?

All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. will be served the following day.  We deliver your box the next day before 19:00.  The delivery is free in Elda or Petrer from €20 of purchase and has a charge of €5 per order for the rest of towns.

Can I shop for my parents at another address?

Of course.  No problem.  Nice gesture from you.  Simply update the shipping address to print the label.  We can also send it to your workplace.

What if I don't see a product in your store?

In most cases we have a large inventory of products.  If we don't have something today, we will have it the next day.  Send us a Whatsapp with your suggestions.

What if something is not to my liking?

We are your eyes.  We will only put the best fruit and vegetables in the box for you.  If you don't like something, write to us on Whatsapp and we'll fix it quickly.

How about the prices?

We are wholesalers.  We offer you the best price on the market for excellent quality.  We will include offers and promotions every week. Don't let them escape!

Can I buy online and pick up my box at your store?

Of course!  We keep your box of fruit in our chamber at about 10ºC waiting for you freshly.  Select the time slot that interests you the most.

I am a company, can I buy in the store? Do you provide me with an invoice?

Of course.  Our online store is open to the public.
